Nova Leap Health Corp (TSXV: NLH), a 2019 TSX Venture 50™ ranked firm that is focused exclusively on the home health care industry, recently announced entry in the South Central, U.S. region following the acquisition of Grace at Home Senior Care (GAHSC), a Fort Smith, Arkansas home care business, according to Carl Grimes, who managed the transaction on behalf Confidential Business Intermediaries. Nova Leap Health finalized the deal to purchase GAHSC in September. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
