CBI and AEDC work to create economic opportunities for Arkansas.
Kendrick Steele, Managing Partner for CBI Memphis, and Mike Forrest Manufacturing Specialist of Conway attended and represented the CBI Team, which is partnering with the Arkansas Economic Develop Commission to ensure existing businesses and jobs are retained by transferring local businesses to new owners. This creates stability for communities, preserves jobs and the economic tax base and provides opportunities for growth.
Conferences like the Rural Development Summit provide exposure to new opportunities and networking with like-minded business owners and community leaders, according to Steele and Forrest, both of whom met with and interacted with Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson among other city and county representatives from across the state.
CBI looks forward to growing the relationship with AEDC and is always looking for ways to help local businesses survive and thrive, according to CBI Founder and Chairman, Carl Grimes.
